Fees:

• Arbitration:  $425 per hour for arbitrations.

• Mediation:  $4,000 per day.  This rate includes all preparation, the mediation itslef and any necessary telephonic follow-up.  Half-days are $2,000. 

• Cancellation Policy and Study Time: If less than 3 weeks' notice of cancellation is provided, 6 hours at the rate of $425 per hour will be charged for each day that is cancelled. With regard to arbitrations, time spent on each matter is recorded and study time is billed.
